Due to the nature of these products, the vast majority of these sales are final and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. There are three exceptions:
1) Orders were a spelling or grammatical mistake was made by me; and something other than what was requested in the notes to seller at checkout is printed on your order.
2) Orders with priority express shipping that shipped by their scheduled ship date yet did not arrive by the guaranteed date (and the USPS tracking number confirms non-delivery). Please notify me right away if this happens; the deadline to submit a USPS claim is 30 days after the ship date.
3) Any domestic orders that are not delivered (and the USPS tracking number confirms non-delivery) within 30 days (the criteria for a loss package established by the USPS) of being shipped. International mail is considered lost at 60 days.
Unshipped in stock orders may be cancelled and a refund issued with a 20% restocking fee. Due to their nature custom-made orders are not eligible for cancellation.
