Due to the nature of these products, the vast majority of these sales are final and cannot be exchanged, returned or refunded. There are three exceptions:
- Orders were a spelling or grammatical mistake was made by me; and something other than what was requested at checkout is printed on your order.
- Orders with priority express shipping that shipped by their scheduled ship date yet did not arrive by the guaranteed date (and the USPS tracking number confirms non-delivery). Please notify me right away if this happens; the deadline to submit a USPS claim is 30 days after the ship date.
- Any orders purchased with USPS insurance that are not delivered (and the USPS tracking number confirms non-delivery) within 30 days (the criteria for a loss package established by the USPS) of being shipped. International mail is considered lost at 60 days.
